The Basic Rider Course is offered in Lakeland, just 30 minutes out of Tampa, by the MRA and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Successful completion of this course will qualify you for your Florida Motorcycle License endorsement. This class will be taught at the Gary Road Range Location 1431 E Gary Rd. in Lakeland.

The Primary goal of this course is to provide an introduction to the fundamentals of safe, responsible motorcycling. This includes the knowledge and skills that lead to licensing and motorcycle operation on the streets and highways. We are delighted that you have chosen the MRA to help you with the introduction to the exciting world of motorcycling and look forward to a great weekend of two-wheeled instruction.
