I would like to commend Benny in particular for the way that he worked with two members of the class who were deaf. Although an interpreter was available to assist these two individuals for a portion of the class, Benny was able to communicate with them so effectively that I do not feel the interpreter was even necessary. I am personally very familiar with the deaf community and the challenges that they face working with people who are not used to their unique needs. It is very difficult to effectively communicate instructions in a mized group of hearing and hearing-impaired students. Benny had no such difficulty and was able to effectively instruct this class without taking away from the experience for either the students who could hear or could not. Please appreciation to both Benny and Cindy for their excellent job that they did.

I would like to say thank you to all of your staff. What an outstanding group of professionals! I can only believe compliments are common for you to receive. I just wanted to make sure you get mine. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of Benny's instruction. I took your class because I had to to get a license, I was what I considered to be fairly experienced yet I still feel that I learned from Benny. Prior to taking the course, I was in no way interested in having my wife take the class or even learn to ride. When we return to the United States, she certainly will. Thank you. By the way, riding here in Germany is amazing! I hope you guys get the opportunity to try it.
